~All fabric and upholstered furnishings must come into the shop vacuumed, free of stains, soil, rips, apparent wear spots ,faded or sun-bleached areas. No pet hair. No pet or smoke odors.

~Wood furnishings must be clean and wiped down. No broken or missing parts. Solid wood construction preferred, although some plywood or particle board items will be considered. No self assemble pieces will be accepted. Wood finish must be smooth with consistent color. No water stains or noticeable scratches on primary surfaces.

~Please bring in a photo or simply e-mail us at teedeeco@juno.com with a photo and a brief description and we will go from there.

~Smaller decor must be clean with no chips, cracks, or missing parts.

~Lighting must come into the store in working condition, with all pieces and a shade. Lighting cords must be in excellent shape.  No frays, cracks, or open plugs.

~Any items made of glass, ceramic, china, clay etc... must be clean, free of cracks, chips, stains.

~Stemware, placemats, napkins and flatware must be clean, free of stains, and  be in sets of 4 or more.

~Dish sets must be clean, stain free with no cracks or chips. and in sets of 4 or more place settings. Sadly the older china sets do not sell for a practical value therefore we do not take them. Sets 10 years old or newer is what we look for.

~Art is subjective and is therefore evaluated by the piece.  Highly priced pieces are not recommended.  They are usually worth far more than we can sell them for.

Goods are consigned for 90 days. Our fee is 60% of the final selling price

 Most of our inventory is marked down on a cycling basis starting at a minimum of 10% after 28 days with a maximum of 50% during the last 28 days.

Small items are accepted monthly the 1st thru the 15th only, before 4:oopm. Please limit items to 12 pieces per day. Sets count as 1 item.  Furniture is accepted by appointment all month long.

We have a wonderfully inviting venue to display and sell your pieces. We advertise locally, and foot traffic is significant. Old Town Silverdale has been TeeDee's home for 6 years and counting.
